Customer Protection
We act as The Global Travel Group plc in connection with the sale of travel products. Unless specified as the operator, the Global Travel Group plc is the agent of ATOL protected tour operators and other principals. In addition to this protection, all monies that are paid to us are paid into a "client account" where they are held until payment is due to the tour operator.
Holidays booked through a Global Travel Group member also enjoy the security of the Customer Protection Guarantee as detailed below. This is additional customer protection should either our agency or the group fail. All payments made on credit or debit cards automatically go directly into the client account.
